"Bathroom wet space (tub) remodel with Five Star Baths went smoothly for the most part! The transformation is stunning! The quality of the work is exceptional—everything looks polished and feels durable. Communication was somewhat challenging. It was difficult to find a suitable time to connect and discuss the project in detail within my work hours and the hours they have available. Additionally, the final inspection took longer than expected to schedule. I had to personally reach out to coordinate a time that would work and had the expectation that someone would reach out within the next few weeks after the renovations. While this added some extra steps to the process, once the inspection was arranged, the team was efficient in completing it. Overall, I’m thrilled with the end result and would still recommend their services!"

"The project took about 6 hours to complete over 2 days. The workers skillfully and efficiently installed our marble subway tiles and politely checked in with us while working to confirm our expectations for the installation. Overall, we're beyond pleased with the results. Before we hired PROFI LLC, we had most of our kitchen remodeled (new counter top, cabinetry, appliances, but same floor tiling). The impact of having an almost entirely new kitchen was already pretty great, but the addition of the back-splash left us awestruck; it made a huge impression all of its own that was the perfect finishing touch to our whole kitchen remodeling project."

Even with all their other projects within our neighborhood due to the storm damage they never missed a step and were organized, precise, and knowledgeable on every step of the process. During the design process we went through multiple iterations and color schemes changes before settling on our final design and Shane was there supporting and giving professional recommendations the entire time. Shane even went above and beyond to work with our window contractor and coordinate the installation of our new windows. Even more surprisingly, both Shane and Anthony did additional prep-work on our house for the window installers, which you don’t see these days. Following the completion of our windows Shane’s crew was there to begin install of our new siding, fascia, soffit, and trim-work. Within a week our house looked amazing and we’ve received countless compliments from neighbors and passer-byers on how great our house looks. Throughout the entire process, Shane clearly communicated delivery dates, install dates and walked us through what to expect on the day/s crews would be working at our house. "Awful. This company has good reviews but was absolutely awful for me. Called because of a water leak which is supposed to be one of their specialties. They had me hire a separate inspector/specialist to evaluate the home exterior. They then tore a hole in our kitchen ceiling looking for the water leak. When they had difficulty identifying the origin of the leak they simply abandoned the project with a hole in the middle of our kitchen ceiling. Finding water leaks is difficult and I don't blame for having difficulty locating the leak but abandoning the project with a gaping hole in our kitchen is really extraordinarily bad service."

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."
