Then after all that chatter, and guilt trip, gave a price. The son the cleaner arrived really late. Did not answer calls or let me know they were late. I had to call them so many times before he actually arrived. Basically, did not follow up on anything that he said he would do. If you want an unprofessional experience with an average clean and wet carpet, go for them."

"Mr. Lane was punctual, and he called before he came to let me know he was on his way.  He looked at the areas that needed to be cleaned and then gave me further information on treating pet damaged areas, including the cost to treat the pet damage areas.  He wrote an invoice with the agreed upon services and I initialed that before he began.  He treated the rooms in about an hour's time or maybe a bit less, and then explained the approximate drying time for each room.  Then I signed the invoice for completed work and paid for the extra service that I had asked for and he left.  He emailed me a few days later to make sure I was happy with the carpets and to see if I had any concerns.  I think the carpets turned out great and I have no complaints.
