When the owner decided to get out of the business he recommended "Ace of Blades" based on their very good reputation. The first year everything was great. The second year they burned spots on my grass that they said was caused by a new machine's exhaust. They sent someone out to put top soil on the burn spots to promote healing. The person treating my lawn killed my row of flowers that were in front of the gas meters since 1996 by spraying weed killer on them, This year, only a few weeks ago the operator told me that he was going to spray some "Nutsedge in the lawn. This had been done before, and it would turn both the Nutsedge and the Bermuda yellow for a few days and the Bermuda would recover and the Nutsedge was gone. This time he sprayed some spots in the front lawn, and large areas in the back lawn. All of these areas turned brown in and died. HERBICIDE was used."

"I Used Fairway lawns last year but decided to do the lawn myself this year. They repeatedly sent me requests to renew my service none of which said I would automatically be renewed unless I cancelled. So I receive a bill in the mail for the first service, I called and got the date and time of service and looked at my ring camera and they never even came. They also always put a sign in your yard promoting their business, there was no sign, so 1 I never authorized another year of service and 2 they never even showed up at the house. I called and spoke to a rep and they said a manager would look into it and call me back, that never happened so I figured they were embarrassed of their mistake and corrected it, then I get another bill saying they did another service after I already called and complained, after disagreeing to pay they sent my bill to collections. What a freaking joke this place is."
