"The design process with Timothy was very pleasant and professional.  He provided choices for plantings and helped me select the most appropriate.  There was a long wait for implementation, which was not unexpected.  An implementation date was finally given but nobody showed up, and nobody responded to my phone calls.  Eventually Timothy emailed me and apologized for the problems.  Work finally began several days later.  The crew, headed by Brandon, did an excellent job.  However, they were often delayed waiting for material or equipment to be delivered. <br />"

He cleared away the gravel and leveled the worksite. He picked up all materials before showing up to the job (which we acquired). He was always professional and friendly, with time to answer any and all questions that we had. We valued his opinion and ideas when we weren't sure what to do. He finished the job in the time he quoted and surprised us with no additional expenses in the end. We added work, which he was more the happy to accommodate and always has a professional manner and is honest in his answers. "I had installed the new kitchen faucet and the new shut off valve for the hot water, but I couldn't stop the leak in the cold water shut off valve. <br /> I called Matt Owens (of Oand B) and told him what was going on. He told me what I could do to fix the problem, but by that time I had enough of being a contortionist under my sink. He said they would fix it for me after another job they were going to. They came by in about 1/2 hour, figured what they needed, purchased it, and then returned and repaired the cold water shut off valve. <br /> It was so good to know great folks that would come quickly and fix things the right way. <br />"
