"I hired Angelo with tri-state on June 11 to try to locate and repair a roof leak. He said he couldnâ  t exactly locate the leak but there could potentially be a leak around the pipes on the roof so he can nail and caulk all of them. He also said if the leak is getting worse, he will come back out. 5 months later he was contacted again because the leak was getting worse. He claims he didnâ  t remember offering any kind of warranty and didnâ  t remember saying he would come back out so if he were to come, it would be an additional charge. I hired another roofer to come to inspect to roof to locate the leak. The second roofer proceeded to tell me I needed my roof pipes caulked and seal the flashings, which is what I already paid Angelo to do. Angelo denies that he didnâ  t complete the job even after showing him pictures provided by the second roofer and refused to come back to fix it. Very unprofessional service."
