He came Promptly out, and whatever he did when he put it back in place, it wound up being a  non issue as it now works properly.  Thanks Loren! <br /> I usually do my own construction, but it was not the best approach on this project.   I did not know Loren at all, but I prayed about  what outfit I should have get this job done, and I feel Truly Blessed to have had him do this major project for me. <br /> Complete Bathroom, Tile, drywall ( the subcontractor put in 1/4 inch drywall so specify if you want 1/2 inch, it turned out well, stud expansion, electrical, tape texture, painting.  Insulation (a worker started putting in a lower R rated material, Loren got on it and even put a bit higher from what I recall).   He can get it all done and and on time.    <br /> Even if you have to wait a bit to get on his schedule, it"s Worth the Wait!  God Bless! <br />"

"Rob and his wife, the owners, were great to work with, Rob really knows how to move the line. He is very organized in his approach to the task at hand. Our 50's ranch house had not been painted for 23 years! There was so much prep work to be done. Rob and his crew came in and worked especially hard on some really rough areas. They literally sanded for days. We love the paint job! It looks great. We could not be happier! <br /> I had gotten four estimates- all within a hundred dollars of each other. "He had a good price and got the job done in a short period of time. He pretty much met our expectations. He was very willing to do things that we specifically asked about."

"Showed up as scheduled to provide me an estimate. Confirmed that the damage was caused by a leaking shower drain connection,which allowed water to permeate the surrounding subfloor. He also informed me the the drain size wasn't to code. Should be 2" not the existing 1 1/2" inch diameter. Gene provided my with three options with each option increasing in price. Explained the positives and negatives of each option without trying to hard sell me the highest option. I chose the mid level,which didn't include replacing the south facing wall between the bathroom and the bedroom. Gene replaced the the drain pipe with the 2" and installed a new drain/hub. Removed sections of damaged sub flooring- recovered the the whole floor with new subfloor to make it more level ( problem in trailer homes ). Installed new cushioned vinyl flooring and trim. The floor came out looking fabulous !!! My wife just loved it and I appreciated how smooth it looked. I have been in the park maintenance business for 30 years ( recently retired) and I can tell you that I have a lot of experience with both good and bad contractors. I'm happy to say Gene is a good guy who knows his business inside and out and will explain what he is doing without making you feel dumb. He has gained experience in modern mobile homes thru ownership. Most will appreciate no surprise cost increases and his friendly demeanor. He was a pleasure to work with and did what he said he would do when he said he was going to do it.. I know that sounds kind of basic, but you would be surprised how many contractors have problems just performing the basics..Thanks Gene for a job well done!!! <br /> <br />"
