"We hired dirt to done to help us renovate our rental home. They were very professional and finished quickly. They made the home look so beautiful! Matthew came to gave us an estimate and discussed design ideas and he brought an estimate back to us in a couple days that was well in our budget. The house needed so much work we thought it would turn out “just alright” for the money. We were wrong it turned out amazing!!I it turned out so much better than we had anticipated. They replaced trim, repaired drywall, repaired doors and even repaired the ceilings and cracks. They installed new flooring throughout the home. The repairs and paint looks so good you can’t tell that there was ever things to fix. The remodeled kitchen turned out like a dream!! It is amazing. All in Matthew was very informative in the hows, when’s and whys and the quality of work they did was above and beyond what we were promised!! "We ordered over $20,000 in windows, doors, and interior trim from wilke. Things went well until the person that we ordered everything from abruptly was no longer there. We were assigned another salesperson who seemed disinterested in seeing the project through. All three of the sliding doors wilke sent out had issues. I first informed wilke of the issues 08/07/17. They came out a few months later and fixed two of the three doors. I called them and told them that they forgot to fix the sliding door in our master bedroom and that the door in our living room had broken again. They sent someone out a second time (a few months later) but it was with the wrong parts. It is now 02/23/18 and they still have not fixed the two doors that have been broken for over 6 months. They blame the delay on not being able to get the parts but in reality, they did not even order the correct parts until we escalated the issue to upper management. We are now waiting for the parts to come in and wilke to hopefully fix the sliding doors. But they are estimating that to be in March. I went with wilke because of their claim of customer service. I will never go back again and I hope anyone reading this does their homework."
