Then, while a ticket was open with their customer support, after taking my money, they CLOSED MY ACCOUNT without any notice. RUN do not walk away from these people. It's hard to distinguish fraud from incompetence. The effect is the same. There are other "we are only a middle-man" places to go. I haven't tried them, but, if you have to use one, roll the dice on another company with no way to talk to a human being."
