"The painting is great. There were lots of nail holes to fill and small repair issues. The kitchen floor is beautiful, the pattern flows perfectly straight. The laminate is a newer product and looks great. There were some issues with it during installation and Vern is working to address that. I have total faith that he will. The backsplash tile is ok. <br /> <br />Melissa supervised the paint crew and paints with them, ensuring top quality. She and Vern go the extra mile to make sure the customer is totally satisfied. They also spent a lot of time with me planning the job and showing me samples of the products they use. Their crews worked hard and were polite and appropriate. <br /> <br />Vern and Melissa are great people and a wonderful team. I would use them again."

"Andre and I walked around my house just talking about the overall effect of color and detail. Actually, I think we did this twice. Once he created the bid, I talked to him about the quality of the paint and he showed me some differences in paint quality. He bid the job for the top quality Sherwin Williams exterior paint, but ended up using a newer higher value paint from SW at the same price as the bid paint. <br /> The painter's supervisor, Marty, checked in with me every day, sometimes more than once. We walked the house and anything I noticed was addressed or had already been noted by Marty. <br /> The painters were fast; it took about 4 days I think. They were professional and courteous. <br /> Once the house was finished, Marty came by and we walked the house again. I was completely satisfied with the work. <br /> I recommend Smart Finishes highly. <br />"
