"After researching several sites such as this in which customers evaluated their experiences with contractors performing work on the exterior of their houses, I called several of those who had received at least adequate reviews by the majority of those customers who took the time to write one. I met with and explained the project I wanted done to the frontman/salesman of six different companies. The project was the complete residing of my 32 year old two story house with Hardie brand fiber cement board, the removal of a wood shake single roof and gutters and the installation of a ridge vent and a premium impact resistant fiberglass shake look roof and bigger gutters, all of which had to satisfy the Homeowner's subdivision guidelines. Following the discussions and receiving bids from all the companies, I selected Jim Pull and Premier Exteriors as the individual and company that I wanted to do the project for me. I made the selection based on several factors. First, I felt extremely comfortable with Jim and his knowledge of how to achieve want I wanted and the design suggestions he made to make my project more pleasing (and therefore more acceptable ) to my wife and by default to me as well. Secondly, I took his supplied list of former projects and actually went out and looked at them and saw that they had the look that I was hoping for at my residence. Thirdly, he and his company were able to do both the siding and the roofing together while some of those I spoke to could do only one or the other. I knew that they both had to be integrated together to achieve the best result. And finally, he bid each of the jobs individually and the combined cost was well within the range I was prepared to spend. When the work began, it was initially sporadic because of the seemingly constant rain, but the workers were very personable and explained everything about what they were doing and the schedule they were following to get things done. Everything was sealed and weathered proofed at the end of each day in the event of rain during the night and the job site was cleaned each night as well. Jim made regular visits to the job to make sure the work was up to his standard and to entertain any questions or concerns I might have. The coordination between the siding crew and the roofing crew appeared seamless and both crews even worked some weekends to complete their portions of the project. I was pleased and proud of the quality work and the look of my house everyday that I walked around it after the workers left for the day (which sometimes was after dark). Now that the job is complete, I’m extremely satisfied with my project and receive compliments from the neighbors almost every day. Good job to Jim Pull and Premier Exteriors."

"We couldn't be happier with the work that Shawn did for us. We initially had him replace our deck. Since we have an 18 month old, I asked him to add a gate at the steps leading to the yard. We can let our son play without worrying. The deck is right off the kitchen, so we open the sliding glass door close the screen. Now we can can cook or clean and let him play. The second job Shawn did was replace the original 100 year old windows ok n the main floor. Since the outside of the old windows had lead base paint, and most did operate correctly, we felt like we need to replace instead or restore. The work was excellent on both jobs. We highly recommend and plan on hiring Shawn again for the second story windows."

"We recently purchased a 100 year old home and while the wall colors were acceptable, the touch ups performed by the prior owners upon move out were not. Within a week of moving in, we knew we needed to have almost every room in the house painted. Given the volume of painting required, the 10' ceilings on the first floor, and the fact that we had a newborn---we decided that we had to hire a professional. <br /> I did some online searching and contacted a few vendors to get an estimate on the dining room only (it needed to be painted first and we wanted to try a vendor with a single room before we committed to having all the necessary rooms painted). <br /> Yuriy responded promptly, and arranged for a site visit to see the space, take measurements, and advise us on the best quality paint for the job. He sent a written estimate electornically a few days later and we couldn't believe how reasonable the cost was! We hired him immediately and scheduled the work. <br /> Yuiry arrived on time and made quick work of our large dining room, finishing the job in a single day. He repaired all of the surface defects and applied two coats of paint, giving the room a whole new look in the time we were at work! With four windows and four doors, there was a lot of cutting-in to be done and Yuriy did not get paint on any of the quarter-sawn oak casings or moldings! The room was stunning and we were sold on Yuriy's services. <br /> Yuriy is a true professional--his work is excellent and he is easy to work with. We have been extremely satisfied with his services and have hired him a total of three times (so far) to paint a total of eight rooms. As soon as we have the funds, we will definitely be hiring him to paint our basement family room, kitchen, and two other bedrooms! <br />"
