"I could just say that I got in touch with Red Carpet Disposal for a dumpster and they delivered it and it was all good, but that doesn't cover it. I looked around and got several quotes. Red Carpet came back with the best price. One of the most well known companies in the area didn't respond and everyone else was higher by a fair amount. I texted Jason about scheduling and he arranged to deliver a dumpster on a Friday. I was not home at the time. He placed the dumpster precisely where I asked. Blocked under the wheels to prevent driveway damage and chocked the wheels properly to prevent it from moving. I was nice and level and I had full access all the way around it, making it easy to load and make sure everything was evenly distributed. I filled it to the top rails and then texted him when it was time to pick it up. When I arrived home on Monday, after a 10 day filling, it was gone with no trace. He was able to do the pickup within 24 hours, he and his partner arrived on time -- actually 10 minutes before they said they would. They did the job quickly and easily. Matt is very personable. "I've rented from ***** Services several times in the past. Everyone that I have spoken with there has been courteous and helpful. I neglected to inform the office where to place the dumpster, so the placement was left to the driver's discretion. Unfortunately, for a 2x2 driveway (i.e. 4 cars) the placement only allowed 2 cars to utilize the driveway. The dumpster, itself, was a little roughed up - but, I expect that; however, the hole in the floor I did not. Care had to be taken not to drop small items or step in that area of the dumpster. My biggest concern, though, is a policy that requires renters to inform the vendor when to come and pick up the dumpster. I'm not very good at remembering. So as a suggestion, I'd say unless a renter indicates otherwise, a 7-day rental should be just a 7-day rental. I hope this is helpful to vendor and renter, alike."

"I hired Fish Window Cleaning to clean 20 windows and 3 glass doors in my 3-story condo. Ralph and Cade showed up on time and did an AWESOME job of thoroughly cleaning all of the windows, glass doors, and associated screens and sills, for an extremely reasonable price (about $10 per window).. Ralph and Cade also fixed a number of issues that came up during their visit. Several of the windows were difficult to remove because of a defective part that the original installer had never called to my attention when I had the windows replaced several years ago. Ralph identified the cause of the problem and explained what was needed to replace a small bent part. He was also able to troubleshoot a different window that wouldn't stay open and fixed that as well. And re-attach a blind that had fallen down when I was raising all of the blinds before they arrived. I would definitely hire Ralph and Cade again and can't recommend their work highly enough. They are knowledgeable, willing to go the extra distance to ensure a good result, and a pleasure to work with."
