Gerald stayed out for hours the first night to ensure the water stayed down, when it came to cleaning up, Gerald and Joe dried out our basement and removed the carpet snd drywall and left it very clean and easy to rebuild (which I hired Best Option for as well). I highly recommend Gerald and Best Option as they handle everything from start to finish."
