"Bill Taylor (owner) came out to give me an estimate for what I thought was going to be a roof repair on my *(not too old roof). Unfortunately, the previous roofer did not do the correct thing and I needed a complete new roof. Four Seasons could not have been more professional. From the first call to the last nail they were polite, professional, and helpful. Donna in the office is SO patient, kind, and caring. I was scheduled for a few weeks out, but as the roof got worse they were able to schedule me in. The crew that arrived, headed by Antonio, was exceptionally polite, professional and hard working. They answered ANY (and I had a bunch) questions or concerns I had during the installation. They really worked as a team and the finished product looks great. Clean up was impeccable with them checking-in before saying they were done that I was happy. A few of the crew members mentioned they were with Four Seasons over a decade (a sign of a good, stable business). I highly recommend Four Seasons Roofing. From the first call to the last nail everything was great. More importantly, I am CONFIDENT that they did the RIGHT job and if there are any issues Bill and his team will stand behind their work."

"I always call them to repair any wear and tear on my roof. They are so professional and skilled that you should hire them for any roofing issues without any second thoughts."

"Great job by Deniz and his hard working men. I had to go to work when they started but my retired next door neighbor watched them and told me they worked almost non- stop on a very hot 93 degree day. I would highly recommend Deniz to anyone looking for high quality roof work."

"The crew here are quick, clear and efficient in their work. They began as I was leaving for work, we briefly discussed what needed to be done and, by the time I returned, I had a new driveway. I Couldn't be happier with the communications, the price and the results. I rate Smart General Contracting Corp a 5 because they did a beautiful job on my driveway.Thank you !!"

"Unlike some others they did not downgrade the expected workmanship or potential for extras from competition. They were open to reasonable negotiating for cost without sacrificing quality, scheduled and completed the work in a timely manner. Although with roof repair, time is the evaluator of the finished product, rain water is the ultimate judge so with â someâ rain already fallen, things seem to be DRY inside and thatâ s GOOD. What is the real cost for specialized work? It seems like the market place is where this is answered, everything but the quality is negotiable."
