He came and looked at the kitchen and bathroom, he stated that he will do everything and that everything was included, he came me a place to go and place an order for cabinets and bathroom supplies, I went and then he came back to take measurements and then stated that I would have to buy everything myself, then I said no just do the bathroom and gave him a check for 30,000. He never sent the kitchen layout and when my family looked over the contract, he stated that he had to remove counter tops and there were none to remove and the work that he was going to do was not what he stated. He texted that he was going to call me back and never did."

They explained their cleaning method before starting and took extra care of my belongings when moving them out of the room. They checked the fabric's manufacturer's cleaning label before cleaning my chair to see what they recommend. That helped them know to dry clean the chair instead of steam cleaning it. They explained their cleaning process and they did a fantastic job! They removed all the stains and my carpets look like new again. I found them to be very pleasant to talk to and have in my home. I like that they have many years of experience and it showed. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. I give them a 5 star rating."

He said, "that will cost you $325 instead of $275." I told him I would pay $225 cash and that was all or put the charge on the credit card. He relented and took the $225 cash. The total job took 15 minutes! BE CAREFUL AND WRITE DOWN THE QUOTED PRICES."
