However, once you pay your fees, they just farm out your work to random people all over the planet. They have no control over those people, so they cannot guarantee their work product or their timelines. I emailed the company multiple times and IF they responded, it was very slow and they promised to get back with the information we needed. Of course, that rarely, if ever happened. Dealing with this company caused delays and way more stress than I could have even expected. I requested a refund when they were not producing our contracted plans, and they flat-out refused, knowing that it would be difficult for us to collect."
