"I had originally sent Albert's Paint an email to request an appointment for an estimate along with 2 other companies. I ended up calling to get the estimate scheduled. The estimate that was given was well below that of the other two companies. This would normally be a red flag if it weren't for the fact that they had several good reviews on Angie's List. A relative was there while the work was bing done. Initially there was a little confusion about what was to be done. The contractors were told the Master bedroom, but I wanted to have the wall paper removed and the walls painted in my kitchen and bathroom along with the hallway ceiling. I had kept a copy of the itemized estimate and had my relative show them the sheet. Overall they did a really good job. You can't tell that the walls had to be heavily spackled. When moving the refrigerator, they accidentally put a small tear in my vinyl floor. I left them a message that night and they were out the next day to repair it.

"Can’t say enough good things about this team. Not only do they do excellent work (I am very picky and don’t say excellent often), they are the ultimate professionals. Arrive on time, keep things clean (which is very hard when removing popcorn), regularly communicate status and timeframes, and work hard. Literally couldn’t ask for anything more. Originally, we only asked them to remove the wallpaper and popcorn ceiling. Once we saw how good their work was, we asked them to repair some drywall in another area and do some painting. "The contractor did a great job. He was available via text and was timely the two days he needed to come to our house. He was polite as well. Most importantly, his plaster job looks great. I chose LCA because they were the cheapest. But I didn't feel at all they were the lowest quality. Were happy with the outcome. Would definitely recommend!"

"John came and gave a reasonable estimate and explained everything in detail. The job was scheduled at the time we wanted it and the work turned out very nice. The whole house was pressure washed and they repaired a few areas where there was some wood rot. John came at the end and did a very thorough walk through. He noticed some areas that needed touch ups that we didn't even see and the painters came back and fixed the areas quickly. We just had new windows installed and now the house looks great with the new paint job. Great company!"
