I was in the process of listing my home to sell and called on short notice and explained my situation and Luis worked me into his schedule. We are very picky about our home and how it is maintained. They painted multiple large rooms in the house and several smaller rooms and did a 5-Star job. The work was neat (no dripped paint), professional and top-notch. In addition, he stained the front door and did a remarkable job. Luis and Team are also trustworthy. I had a great feeling about him at the first meeting and was not able to be home when they did the work. I left my home to Luis and crew and they took good care of everything. "Dakota and his team did an excellent job painting our rental home. We needed the entire house painted before we put the house on the market. They were very professional and finished the house in the time frame they told us. The house turned out beautifully. We opted to paint a few of the rooms ourselves, so we could minimize cost. Dakota was very helpful even with this, making sure we chose the right paint and giving us some tips on painting the rooms as novice painters. They even gave us some advice to help lower costs on other things we needed to be updated in the house as we did most of the repairs ourselves. We cannot thank Dakota and his team enough."

"The project went relatively well. They performed the work flawlessly, but the product was slightly disappointing. The painted aluminum trim (at the outside corners and skirt board) did not match the vinyl - the colors were WAY OFF (we selected a less common, dark premium color). We phoned the Variform rep but he never returned our call. A little on-line research revealed Varoform/Mastic is not BBB rated, and they have a fairly poor reputation for resolving problems with the end users, so we had no choice other than to settle for what was installed. The gutter system that was installed was not the one that we thought we were getting, and AWT was apologetic and for having substituted the product as well as accommodating for their mistake, so that problem was resolved satisfactorily."
