"This is an amazing company from start to finish. I contacted the company, made appointment; however, morning of my appointment, had to reschedule due to circumstances beyond my control. I spoke with Robin who could not have been more understanding, we immediately set another appointment. Julio showed up exactly as scheduled. We walked the property and discussed my project and then my â wish list.â Julio took photos and I received a quote later that afternoon. The quote contained photos and was priced out per individual task. Company documentation was included in the email. Based on the quote, I decided to commit to additional items from my â wishâ list. After phone conversation, Julio suggested coming by second day to simply confirm we were on the same page. We agreed on the scope of the work and set appointment.
