"Landscaping was performed with great enthusiasm . They cleared out a pretty good size area of grass and landscaped around the existing garden and laid a barrier down and mulched around it . They were very prompt and didn’t leave until the job was done . An amazing group of guys . We will definitely use them for our next project."

When I contacted them they said it would cost another $350 after I already spent over $2000 for what was suppose to be then care of. Talked to Steve after 2 weeks of waiting to hear back from him and basically it was sorry but too bad. I am 70 yr old so I'm digging them out myself and will fill in the dirt and seed again. Just hard to find good customer service even when you look on line for good ratings. Apparently they don't stand by their work."

"Really disappointed in the entire experience with grounds quality lawn. Starting with just initiating the job, it took nearly a month to get responses from them and get someone out to start work. I only stuck with it at that point because a family friend said they were good but should have gone with my gut and found another company at that point. The guys they sent were constantly taking breaks and at one point the foreman even grabbed my fishing pole and spent about 30 min fishing while the remaining four watched him. This wouldn't have bothered me as much if the rate I was paying was more reasonable but they were charging me about $600 per hour for the 5 guys so these breaks and fishing sessions were costing me a lot of money. I voiced my concern with the project manager who just made excuses and cared not at all about what was going on. I asked to speak to owner Justin grounds who did the same. Just excused the behavior and had no problem with it whatsoever. All the while no one could explain why the hourly rate was so high when the guys were working so inefficiently. They kept saying the hourly rate was $60 per hour per crew member but charging me double that with no explanation. Not sure if I was just unlucky or if the company is getting complacent and resting on their reputation but I was very unimpressed and I am generally very easy going with these things and rarely complain about having bad service from anyone."

"I called with water leaking from the bottom of the garbage disposal. I called late in the day and Roto Rooter sent out a tech within the hour which was amazing! Tech mentioned they were part of a 2nd shift that works later hours and on weekends which was extremely convenient. Confirmed the disposal needed to be replaced and we are exploring all options on best model, size, etc. Tech gave us a quote, let us know about extra discount, their card with the hours they work and made self available to answer any questions or discuss further at our convenience. The entire process was very smooth and we will be contacting Roto Rooter for all future Plumbing needs."
