"We were able to come to terms on 3 bathroom painting projects.   Overall Dave is very responsive and punctual.  He definitely shows up when he says he will and that goes a long way.  Finish on paint is ok, but not the best.   I think that his dry wall work is very good and prep is pretty good.   Overall contractor I would give a good rating or a B.  Definitely not as bad as some of the contractors we have utilized so maybe with the market so busy he would be acceptable and does decent work for the price.   He definitely finishes his projects as well.   Overall B experience."

"We were quite satisfied and happy with the job Arnold's did with installing our new windows. The product was great and they look great. There were 2 flaws in the product and that company came and fixed it within a couple weeks. Arnold's installers were very professional and personable. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Arnold's sent someone to inspect and even checked up after the 2 items were repaired. The product is Polaris windows and we are very happy with them and the difference we noticed this winter (2017-2018 in Toledo, OH) in our heating bill. We had a very frigid January and our gas bill showed an increase in usage of only 13 CCFs from last January which was extremely mild compared to this year. We were very happy. Arnold's did our roof in June and we experienced the same satisfaction and service. We would use them again."

"The entire process of having our roof replaced was remarkably smooth. Our 15 yr old roof was damaged by wind and hail. Joey Kaminski, the Genera Manager of Johnson Construction ,examined our roof, took pictures of the damage, and explained the entire process of submitting a claim to our insurance. We were complete novices since we had never made an insurance claim in over 40 yrs. of home ownership. Joey met with the claims adjuster when he came to examine the roof. The claim was approved and the work was scheduled. We were really impressed by the detailed info we were given by the company. Also, Joey gave us his personal cell number in case we had any questions or concerns. The roofing crew were very competent and professional, and the foreman made regular visits to the site during the two days it took to replace the roof. We had a couple of small issues after the roof was completed. They were promptly taken care of before final payment. The roof looks fantastic.
