"Set up the job for the Friday after New Year day. After waiting a half day on Friday I reached out to them to find out where they were. I was told members of the crew were sick and someone had to go to a funeral. Rescheduled for the following Wednesday. They never and never called."

"I hired Kyle through Angi to remove 4 boxwood stumps and roots, move river rock from beds, outline the beds with the rock, and rake the beds clean. He and his partner showed up earlier than expected; A+ for punctuality. They spent several hours working and did a good job clearing the space overall. However, the day after the job was completed, I began prepping the beds for weed prevention, planting, and mulch and discovered what appeared to be a remaining portion of a stump/root system. When I reached out, Kyle explained it as a ?lateral root,? but this was a larger, woody section that did not align with my expectations of stump and root removal. My concern is less about a single root and more about the overall completeness of the job relative to the agreed scope. While Kyle did offer a small courtesy refund, it did not fully reflect the incomplete portion of the work. Overall, they were punctual and hardworking, but I would recommend clarifying expectations in detail before hiring."

"Shane and his crew did an AMAZING job! Cleaned up 13 trees, removed one, and ground 5 total stumps. Arrived on time, cleaned everything up! Other than the ground stumps and the trimmed trees, you couldn’t even tell there was work done. If you are looking for a Veteran small business to do work for you, look no further! "
