"Tom responded almost as soon as I found his business on Homeadvisor. We discussed my problem and he preliminarily set a date for the weekend after Thanksgiving, which was fine but pushed our departure back. Later that same day, he had an updated schedule and was able to come a week early which was great for us and he arrived a little early, did his inspection, we discussed options and hired him to do the job, which thankfully he was able to do then.
