"Bill, did an excellent job removing the old door and door frame and installing the new stuff. Bill and his wife came to the house, measured the door and frame, went to the hardware store, purchased a new door/frame combo, and were finished in about 3.5 hours. This includes having to go back to the store and replacing the brand new door/frame because of damage on the corner to the first one. Despite the extra gas and trouble returning the new door/frame kit for another one, they remained very friendly and positive. In addition to the work performed, I learned some great landlord tips!
