"So far so good. Snaking of kitchen sink with very old pipes. Hopefully snake did not poke pipes. Only time will tell. Keeping fingers crossed. They did a good job explaining and triple checked for leaks before they left. Of course they tried to upsell and gave us a metal trap they did not quote us upfront for. We would have chosen it over plastic, but price difference would need to be cleared upfront. That's the only negative. Otherwise, thus far we are very happy with the result. Thank you for coming on such short notice and on time! Super appreciated. 4.5-5 stars."

Working with Eitan and his team was like night and day compared to other contractors I have worked with in the past. Specifically what I appreciated is that he treated me with respect and would take the time to explain in layman’s terms what was needed. (I’m not a construction pro by any means.) Eitan even shared a list of vendors that he has worked with in the past for materials and finishes, as well as a checklist to ensure I ordered all the finishing pieces in time. He would even be willing to review any products I was interested in to let me know if it was good quality. "Though I am happy with the final result, I feel that TJ did a bit of a bait and switch. The person who showed up, Felipe, was from a different company. "TJ" quoted me $900 for the job and $300 to move washer and dryer to access the main valves. That's $1,200. In the end, washer and dryer were not moved. But I did ask them to replace a faucet cartridge in my bathtub, which they did. But before that, Felipe had managed to turn off the water to my unit without moving washer and dryer. He then had to cut into drywall to locate the outbound pipes, but made a mistake. The next cut he made found the water pipes but these were the wrong pipes. An emergency water shutoff to the building was required. In the end, the bill was for $1,800. They did not take credit card. No receipt was given to itemize work done. These guys, from Moor Plumbing Solutions, did work hard and got the job done but there was a serious lack of transparency from the very beginning, not to mention a near disaster."

It’s important to avoid putting certain items down the drain to keep your garbage disposal running smoothly and avoid clogs. Choosing the correct size garbage disposal depends on your household size and how much waste you produce. A 1/3–1/2 horsepower unit should be sufficient for households with one to two people. If your household consists of three to six people, a 1/2–3/4 horsepower unit is recommended. FA3/4–1 horsepower model will be necessary. For larger households of five to eight people
