I sent pictures and he came out Wednesday morning to take a look at the job so he would know what equipment to bring. On Thursday, he came out promptly at 9am bringing a Bobcat and a larger machine to break the ice and negotiate a tricky turn in our drive. In three hours or so, the job was complete.
