The north side had green mildew which was completly removed and they used a mildewicide on it which I am assuming will prevent mildew from appearing so soon. I didn't discuss the details with them; I just know that they used it. The siding looked very clean, and I was completely happy with their work. The price for the job included the 10% discount for Angie's List customers. The only reason I gave them a B on price was that a competitor gave me a fairly close bid for all four sides of the house.
