"Excellent response time. Friendly and professional technician went out of his way to educate me on the best rodent prevention for my home. Traps were placed in my attic and checked every couple of days until no more were caught. Technician also repaired under house vents with hardware cloth to keep rodents out. And the ants are gone. They are also careful not to spray near food bearing plants. I am aware that their service cost is higher than Orkin, but not by much. $45 monthly for service every two months (includes unlimited free callbacks between service dates if needed). They also set up auto pay so I don't have to remember to pay yet another bill. They did not spray interior of home, but will do so if needed. I like that they use care in application of product and are willing to swing by more frequently to take care of issues as they arise. Great customer service."

"Have been using service for last 5 years.  Hit and miss treatment.  For first 4 years, I assumed my side yard was treat per agreement but noticed a lot of weeds growing.  One day, I stayed home and watched the service which didn't do anything to my side yard.  Called and reminded them that I'm paying for that treatment and should get it. <br /> During the hot, dry summer months, I noticed that the service was coming at 4 week intervals, killing my grass with over-fertilization.  Called and requested that service never be less than 6 weeks apart.  Instead of paying for 8 treatments a year, it was approaching 9-10 with the shorter intervals.  I have to keep on top of them to be sure the treatments are not less than 6 weeks apart.  They call the afternoon before they come the next morning.  Also, weeds still are a problem and I will request free retreatment because I take photos of the spread of weeds. <br />"

"I was impressed with the company originally, they came and did an estimate for a full re-do of mulch on our yard and the repair of a leak. The price was a little steep compared to other quotes, but they were professional so we decided to try them for just the leak and the tree trim and go from there on the larger project.For some reason after they got our payment method they sent a letter stating they were booked 4-6 weeks out, and that they would contact us when they had a date of service. It took them 8 weeks,and I had to call them to see what was up. They gave me a service date, which they later then had to reschedule. The thing is though, when they did show, they did an excellent job! So I'm a bit torn. On one had them waiting so long to complete the work wasn't fun, their work was nearly impeccable.If I need something large done I may contact them again in the future, but only if I'm prepared to wait with no contact."
