"The door is beautiful. Quality is very good for both door and storm screen. The installations was very rocky. The technician took over 4 hours to do the service and we basically had to rush him because it was getting too late and dark. He left cracks around the door, it was also crooked and the doorbell didn't work. We called next day to talk to the project manager who was dismissive and seemed not worried about his worker's poor performance. They came to level the door after a couple of days because it wouldn't lock so we insisted it had to be done ASAP. At the end, we called another company to fix the gaps and the doorbell.
