Also depending on the size of job would determine billing, usually we ask for half prior to job after contract signed and remaining balance when job is complete. "My 25 year old pump was going out when I called at 4:30 pm. By 5:30 pm Prairie State Water Systems was at my house to inspect my system and verified that my pump was going out. At 8 am the next day, two men arrived. My pump was replaced with higher grade piping, couplers, and new wiring. As my system was 25 years old, I wanted the control box, pressure switch, and pressure tank in the basement replaced. By lunch I had a new system done at a fair price with a very high level of craftsmanship. I highly recommend Prairie State Water Systems."
