Fair price and no-nonsense. I told Todd from the beginning he could have full creative control. We had some ideas that he turned into something we never could have imagined. INCREDIBLE!!! I added a "Before" photo of what the backyard had become after the weather and our dogs ruined a lush St. Augustine yard over the last couple of years. I would recommend Todd and the Heroes team to anyone looking for quality work from a respectful crew."

"Everything went great from a call from Chris and a very fast response to come out. He did he measurements and got back with a design plan. Once we agreed he started when he said and completed the project as said. Made a few small changes along the way and I understood there would be a change or order fee but it was worth it. His vision in a plan with what I had just talked about I wanted was spot on. Yes I would and will hire him again. Another decision helper for me was that he is a veteran and that is big when it comes down to looking at estimates."

There are many "like" companies, and they all have their busy schedules and skills, but Chris and Neptune just stood out well above everyone else. It started with the quote. He arrived on time and prepared, and had the quote done the next day. Once we scheduled the job he was on time and managed the job personally. Our job was quite complicated to include water pressure issues, and we could not be happier with the completed project! You just don't expect this level of customer service from companies like this, at least we didn't, and what a refreshing surprise to know that company's like Chris' DO exist. The old addadge that customer service matters is so important, because "word of mouth" advertizing can be so powerful. Chris can count on us to share our story! "After spending $40k+ on a complete irrigation system, landscaping (grass and plants) and hardscape we ask Sean to come back to finish the project and add some additional irrigation. He came by as promised, took notes on what we wanted, which was minor compared to the work he had already done, and said he would get back to us. Never heard from him again. He has NEVER followed-up on the original job to ensure everything was working. Some of the plants he installed died, he said he would take of that. Never heard from him again. This was not the first time we used this company, but I would never recommend them or would I ever hire this company again. E-mailed several times early on to find out what was happening, NO response ever. Very disappointed in a company we thought was reliable and trustworthy."
