"The estimate and interaction prior to the work was courteous, professional and accurate. However, we never received an email or call about when the work was to occur. When the crew did come to remove the trees it was a fill-in job for them and no one was home as the job began. The work they did on the two trees and clean up afterward was excellent. In the process of removing one of the trees they removed several limbs from an adjacent dogwood tree. Because no one was there to talk with them we couldn't have indicated that this was not what we wanted. Their follow up was good, but I can't rate them an "A" given the lack of warning on when the work was to occur and the removal of other tree limbs."

"If you pay ahead of time, it is cheaper. They have two different services: one service where they come and spray all your trees and shrubs. They have another service where they do fertilizing, pest control and fungal control. I have both services with them. They provide good customer service. They always call before they come. They call and let me know why they can?t come for any reason. They have been pretty good. This year we didn't have rain and so my lawn doesn't look good. I can't blame them because I don't have a sprinkler system."
