Credit to my wife--she's the one that tried HA, and it was a home run: Joel was on the job almost immediately and came with a great attitude--professional, yet easy-going, and deftly handled a couple highly-stressed customers. As a former forester I have a working knowledge of surveying, and Joel and his son Jack did an excellent job: had a plat map of the disputed line to us within 24 hours (I hope I'm not setting a high bar here!), walked us through all the details of the survey and history of the area, and then heavily pinned the line for me to facilitate a minor fence relocation that is necessary. The back of his tee-shirt said "surveyors exceeding your expectations" and Joel sure as heck delivered on that!"
