We had a shoe string budget and his bid was fair and <br /> reasonable-even with changes we made along the way. <br /> He submitted the rebate for us and we started the week after approval notification. <br /> He knows what is needed for the pictures and work to be done. <br /> Dennis has a great aesthetic sense and really understood our concerns and <br /> listened to our desires.
