"After my 81 year old mother’s house flooded during a storm this summer, she hired a plumbing contractor to greatly expand, enhance, and partially replace the ground water drainage system in her yard. "Actually, when they did first the job, there was a little bit of a discrepancy as far as how straight they did the edging on the side of my landscaping. He came back and he did it the next day and told me that he'll be there. He did know and verified that it was not as straight as it should have been and so he did it himself. He did a very nice job. I wasn't even home and the fact that he came and he did the work, though he didn't do it as well as I thought he should have and when I called him back, he came back and he did it completely well. There's only one thing that didn't happen is when they did my edging and stuff like that, they left a lot dirt and mud on my sidewalks and driveway so I had to get my power washer out and I had to power wash it myself."
