"The contractor was scheduled to repair my roof on Monday, but after verifying with me he was able to complete the job on Saturday which was very convenient since I didnâ t have to take a day off of work just to be there for the repairs. Contractor was very curtious, and respectful. Pictures were taken before and after his work, I would highly recommend Tema Roofing and siding"

"Andrei follows through on everything that he says. Did phenomenal work. Will absolutely use for any of my roofing needs. Can not give a higher recommendation, absolutely what I was hoping for!"

"In an emergency, Alex secured a 4' by 8' asphalt shingle area with nails and silicone glue on my steep roof that had become detached by wind. He called immediately after I contacted Angi. Alex arrived on time that same afternoon for the estimate and the fix early next morning. Kind. Thorough. Fixed a couple other loose shingles I pointed out. Very clean truck. Good price. He's my roofer now."

"Customer service to the crew to the management they were all on point. My roof is looking good and Iâ m happy I went with home Genius for this project."

"Mr. Shaw Alexander and his crew work was outstanding. Very prompt, dependable, friendly, neat. Very nice and polite men. I enjoyed them working on my house. The Roof job was outstanding."

"Michael Scheinfield came when he said he would and did a preliminary appraisal. The price was considerably less than the other bid I had received plus it was a removal of old shingles where the other contractor wanted to apply new shingles over the old. They removed old shingles and found some rot so had to replace some of the plywood which added to the bid but was very reasonable. A very favorable experience and now I don't dread the rain.....porch doesn't leak at all! Will use the contractor again if I ever need it."

"I would certainly recommend you hiring Zoe’s Property services for any of your repair needs. Jean responded promptly and professional handled multiple plumbing leakage and back flow issues, toilet seal replacement, wiring/lighting , painting, door & lock replacement and even restored my entire roof! After our first interaction I knew my property was in great hands. Jean’s pricing is always fair & reasonable, work is finished promptly and professional, and he leaves the space in clean condition. He repaired 2 separate roofs - on the main house and a smaller roof over the enclosed porch quickly and for a amazing price right before the holidays. He is knowledgeable about properties inside and out. He also willing to share his assessment of issues ensuring fair pricing unlike some other companies I’ve worked with in the past. Look no further Zoe’s Property Services is who you need to hire !"

"From the moment I called and spoke with the owner Antwan for an estimate he was fantastic he was able to accommodate my crazy schedule, when they arrived on time and very professional they explained everything to me and answered all my questions I had a written estimate soon after he had left. Which again explained everything that we discussed at the estimate his pricing was more than fair and after having him do the job I can see why I was told he was the best by another customer of his. He not only completed the job but exceeded all my expectations and went over and above, his work is top notch. He cleaned the entire area and you wouldn’t even know they were there. He is by far the best Contractor that I’ve come across and would highly recommend his company for your roofing needs."

"I would hire them again for my next roofing job."
