"Had a a good initial experience with this company installing a new dryer a rental Property. Another tenant had a problem with dryer that was making loud noise and he says needs a new motor. He Charges me $367 to fix a dryer with new blower motor and one week afterwards, tenant called me to say it is only warm, not hot- not drying her clothes. Tenant and I called him to schedule a follow up but he keeps saying it was working and he would charge another fee for coming out. I got annoyed that only a week after getting a NEW motor, it does NOT work as it should. I would like my money back. Not reliable and trustworthy. "

They did an outstanding job from conception through to the last details in finishing an extensive series of renovations - complete kitchen tear-down and renovation, master bathroom and closet teardown and renovation, two bathroom complete retiling/renovation, building two new rooms out of a very large basement, and replacing two forced air HVAC systems - they managed all aspects including proper construction permits. Sam inspected the p traps, and he added adhesive where it was necessary. Sam also took a look at my two year old hot water heater, and he assessed my water supply to this unit. We discussed performing a complete drain, and check of the components of the heater at a later date. Sam also advised me that a toilet in the basement should be replaced with a more updated commode. It’s important to avoid putting certain items down the drain to keep your garbage disposal running smoothly and avoid clogs. Choosing the correct size garbage disposal depends on your household size and how much waste you produce. A 1/3–1/2 horsepower unit should be sufficient for households with one to two people. If your household consists of three to six people, a 1/2–3/4 horsepower unit is recommended. FA3/4–1 horsepower model will be necessary. For larger households of five to eight people
