"Pheasant Hill initially was contracted by us a few years ago to restore our front lawn, which was in very sad shape. They did an excellent job, and we subsequently retained them for annual maintenance. Recently (May 2023), however, when we asked them to help us redesign a portion of our back yard, they hesitated but then finally provided a proposal, which we accepted. Less than a week later, without explanation, we were contacted and told they would not be doing the job and our annual lawn service would be discontinued. Despite several attempts, no further communication or explanation was provided. We don't know if the business is now defunct or if they simply decided they no longer wanted our business. We would have been ok with any reasonable explanation, but the lack of communication is highly unprofessional and frustrating as we now need to find an alternative service provider mid-way through the lawncare season. Contract this company at your own risk."

I offer SOME one time services but I find a majority of Pest problems need a program to control them. That is why I offer a QUARTERLY Maintence progam that is affordable. My program does NOT use extensive Pesticides/Rodenticides to achieve proper control. SAFETY is one of my prime objecrtives. I will NOT use UNSAFE methods or materials just to 'make a 'buck'!! I use only EPA registered matrials. My fee's are based on what I have to do to eradicate your problem. I usually collect COD at service time. My Fee's are discussed at contact time.
