Cody, the owner of the company will promise you the world until you sign the contract and then is nonexistent or extremely passive of any issues. He will guarantee the work is warranted and then will ignore your phone calls text and emails for an unnecessary repairs. 100% of my job has errors and is done incorrectly. The grade of my pavers drains water towards the foundation of my home, my sprinklers were not installed correctly, causing inadequate, coverage & a quarter of my lawn to die, he did not put the weed block underneath the rocks, my rocks were the wrong size, and he tried to order me the wrong pavers! All of this was fixable, but he decided to ignore me and my neighbor after we paid. ? do NOT use CPR Turf or Cody for any project unless you want to throw your money away and have to pay another licensed company to come and fix it."

The reason I gave 4.5 stars vs. 5 is because communication between the working team and my customer service rep could have been better, and while the overall quality of the workmanship on the masonry was good, they overlooked some small details that now we're having to go back and address. Also, I wish I had purchased the plants myself. The ones I received from the company were expensive and very small and are going to take forever to grow."
