"I ultimately decided to go with natural grass rather than synthetic. However, the reason I wanted to write this review for Synlawn is due to their over the top style of customer service. Dean knew that I was struggling with the decision whether to go natural or synthetic and never hassled me or pressured me into making a decision. He provided all of the information I asked for and always responded to my questions. I definitely would've chosen Synlawn to do that work, not simply due to their pricing (which was fantastic), but because of the way Dean handled my indecision. He was extremely patient and even when I finally chose to go in another direction, he honestly thanked me for giving him a shot at the work and was very understanding of my decision. No patronizing claims that I was making the wrong decision. If you're thinking about installing synthetic grass - give Dean a call. You will be making a smart decision to hire this professional."

"I have had mostly less than satisfactory experiences with a number of landscapers in the past. This was by far the best landscaper I have worked with. Daryl was the first of 3 requested quotes to call back. he arrived when he said he would and spent quite a bit of time understanding our needs even though it was a pretty small job. He worked with us on plant selection and even texted us photos from the nursery so he could get the plants we wanted. The crew made sure they were placing things exactly where we wanted them. They worked hard and did a great job."

"Balance landscapes owner Ravi was the first to respond to my request for a quote. Our job was hired on a Saturday and completed the following Sunday . We were very impressed with the turnaround! We got other quotes and decided to go with balance. I'm glad we did. The job was completed within days of hiring balanced landscape and we are very happy with the results. We had our entire backyard cleaned Up added artificial turf and rock. The crew who worked on the project, presented themselves very professionally and did a great job at keeping the worksite both in front and behind my house clean. "Originally we hired MasterAZscapes to prepare a comprehensive landscape plan for our 35 year old home two years ago to completely remodel an old landscape. We were very pleased with the plan. MasterAZscapes is known for its tree planting services. It successfully did a complex large tree planting for our back yard two years ago, and the trees are healthy sailing through a damaging frost this winter. After putting the installation of the front and courtyard demolition out for bid, for this current project, we hired MasterAZscapes to demo the front yard, install the trees and plants, set up the drip system, install the wiring for future landscape lights, new rock, and install the artificial grass. We are thrilled with the completion of the front and courtyard areas which they completed on budget and less time than they originally predicted. The staff was superb and patient even after we changed our mind on placement of an important plant that was just not quite where we wanted it. With good humor, the staff re dug the planting hole moving it until we all were much happier with the result. The staff and ownership, across the board is talented, loves their job, and will work until the customer is happy. We are slowly implementing the original master plan and will look toward to MasterAZscapes in the future as we implement each project."
