"Jerlis Villalba and his crews were prompt and worked hard whether or not he was present. They did an excellent job especially on the finishing work.  The area where the door was removed was framed in and plastered so you can't even tell where it was. The finished plaster work on the fire wall is excellent.  The ramp is sturdy and attractive as possible. The project was complicated and Jerlis worked well with the Lee County Building Dept. and the N. Ft. Myers Fire Dept. to get all the necessary permits and inspections.  He is an easy man to talk to and work with and a man of his word.

"This was a monumental job and Peter and his wife and side kick Liza did the entire job themselves(no spraying, brush and roller only) with occasional help from two of their friends. One friend worked with Liza on the wall paper removal(awful task since the original installers failed to size the wall before putting the paper up) and the other guy showed up to paint all the doors which evidently is his speciality. The entire job took the better part of 3 weeks primarily due to the wall paper removal. These people worked like dogs, without a single complaint to get this job finished on time and met the goal.
