The owner refused to cover the damages and didnâ t have the appropriate general liability insurance required by businesses to cover the damage and thus his insurance company denied the claim leaving the customer to address thousands of dollars of damages out of pocket."

"Good work, but the communication is sometimes hard. It was hard to receive receipts for proof of work for my personal tracking purposes. I had to contact them several times even though they said they would follow up but I never heard back. They did yard work for me which was great and replaced an outlet. I really wanted them to do additional work but they stopped responding to my text messages. Communication was too hard although the work was good "
