June 12 now and STILL no service. 10 weeks later but boy it did not take them that long to cash the check. There is no excuse for this. I do not recommend them nor will I renew next year with them."

"They broke out countertop, which was fine, they said they would fix it, it took 2 months to get it fixed and then they didn't put our sink together correctly and water was leaking underneath the sink into the cabinet. We decided we didn't want to continue services with them for a number of reasons, but apparently you have to continue with them for a year (which they never said, but it is in the contract we signed) they were unwilling to work with us on that, and therefore we paid off the rest of the year of service and asked them to not come back again. They only care about making money they don't' much care for the actual costumers. We have found a locally and family owned company to go with instead."

"Paid for a year of service and they do their treatment and the yard is looking better they spray for insect and irrigated my lawn they do different thing to kill the weeds ."

"DO NOT USE KING GREEN. I hired them primarily for week control. All they did was lightly fertilizer and grow weeds in my yard. Every winter I would complain: every winter my weed problem multiplied; poana, henbit, and bittercress. I asked for a supervisor to inspect my yard; never got a response. After I pulled the weeds and sprayed my yard, apparently they came by and saw no problems (with my work). After I fired them, they threatened legal action, then took full payment for services that were absolutely horrible. I was a long - time customer, but I recommend DO NOT USE KING GREEN."

David just told me that he’s not giving me my remaining balance because I am the one that is canceling the service not him. David is a unprofessional and have the worst customer service ever!!!!! "They do not treat lawns. They are a complete rip off. Rep explained that they only treat grass - not weeds. They applied treatment to increase weed growth without addressing the weeds. They target naive homeowner's with false promises only to create more problems. What's the purpose of lawn treatment to increase weed growth? Very unethical. "

We were never told that we were late to enter their schedule and that would limit their ability to treat our lawn for it's specific needs. But a crabgrass issue went from being a minor issue to an extreme issue where crabgrass has taken over our lawn. Seriously, what lawn treatment company can't get rid of crabgrass in a 4 month period of time (according to Google it should take 4-6 weeks to get rid of or show improvement after treating for crabgrass)?!?! Furthermore what company completely ignores the specific issue a lawn has and just follows the "program". I have actually been told at a most recent visit from an AllTurf rep that I need to re-sod my entire lawn.
