Bill Sapp Completed his studies in Turf and Ornamentals at Rutgers University in the mid eighties and proceeded to have a wonderful career on various golf courses in Colorado , Arizona, and Maryland. He moved to Delaware to assist with caring for his aging grandmother, and started Green Lawns in 1996. Green Lawns has been providing quality lawn and landscape; maintenance, design and installation in Delaware ever since. We've got a nice little lawn care business. We hire qualified employees who care about the plants, and who take their jobs seriously. "I would have graded them 0 but it was not available. We signed up for pH treatment, aeration, and seeding in March. We told them this was prepping to sell our house and needed it done now. We prepaid and our credit card was charged March 3rd. They came out and did a Lyme treatment and were told they would be back in 2 weeks. My husband called after 3 weeks and was told they would check into it. I called customer service on April 10th and was told our account showed a fall treatment. She apologized for the error and said she would correct it and we should hear from the shortly to set a date. After not being contacted in 3 days, I called customer service again. I was told we were on a fall schedule.....I explained my prior call and was told the last person did not process the change correctly. I explained that if seeding had been done on time, the grass would be growing now. She said it would be 5 days processing time and 5 days to schedule. Long story short, my husband was contacted by the Harrington office and was told they are crediting our account because they don't have time to do it now. This is why I rate them a BIG Zero. They did refund my credit card."
