He was attentive to our needs and desires and would offer recommendations when asked. It was obvious that customer satisfaction was his goal. At the end of everyday during our project, other than the completed work, we couldn't tell the work crew was onsite, everything was cleaned up! They scraped and reglazed all the windows that needed glazing (essentially every one). They scraped and primed and replaced rotting wood. They pressure washed everything before scraping and painting. They came on time (even early) and worked HARD until time to leave right before dark. Each day the left everything neat and orderly.
