"They were quick to respond and performed the work within a week, However, that is the only nice thing I have to say. Scheduling was a bit odd (texting on Monday morning asking to come over with no notice--which I was unable to do--and then the next day cancelling at the last minute after I took time off from work to meet them). When they actually performed the work, they left a giant tree limb in my backyard, which I now somehow have to dispose of, and huge gouges in my front lawn (looks like their truck took a joy ride, despite my having more than ample driveway space). They assured me the lawn would "puff back up" when it rained, but of course it didn't, because that is not a thing. Instead, now I have nice lakes in my yard that should make for excellent mosquito feeding grounds in a few months. They promised to "send someone out" to look at the damage, but of course they didn't do that either. So in addition to paying (way too much) for tree trimming and removal, I get to pay to repair my lawn and figure out how to remove this tree limb from my yard."

"Received 5 quotes for this big, expensive job. JL was not the cheapest, nor were they most expensive. I had used them previously and was overall pleased with their work, so I decided to use them again. I was not disappointed. The crew showed up on time and systematically took down the tree in less than a full day. I was impressed. Nothing on the property was damaged and this was a feat in itself as the tree removal was in the back yard and on a hill. The JL Team had to remove all of the tree limbs, cut the tree trunk into discs, split the discs, and then HAND CARRY out each piece of the tree trunk - down a slope with rocks and multiple stairs. Clean up was perfect - no complaints. The foreman on the job did a great job and was able to make a few minor adjustments on the fly for my pruning requests. They even stacked up a small amount of wood that I wanted to keep for firewood. Would recommend."

"AJ of Virginia tree and his crew did an excellent job They removed a row of bushes about 50 feet long that was beside a wooden privacy fence and ground out the stumps, and left cleared ground. Also, cut down 5 medium and 3 large trees. Cleared out about 20 to 30 feet of vines, undergrowth, sapling trees that was growing under those trees. It was so thick you could not walk through it. Ground out the stumps and about 25 existing stumps. Cleaned up all debris. We had several estimates, and price was extremely reasonable for the work done. Highly, highly recommend them. Superior work at a very reasonable price. Would use again if needed. Confident that they will do a great job"

"Envirogrow /Mulch Solutions residential lawncare provided poor customer care and lawncare services (mowing, mulch installation, incorrect leaf blower use) by: 1) invoicing for services I did not request. 2) invoicing for services I did not receive 3) providing an inconsistent quality of service For example: installing mulch only to later contaminate it by blowing grass clippings onto it which created grass seedlings on all installed mulch 5) taking 'slow to no' responsibility for service errors 6) insulting this customer's ability to pay when called to clarify services 7) invoicing required close review (latest charge is for another botched home service which is shown via photo collage - a) leaves blown against home, b) entangled in shrubbery, and c) piled against fence lines in lieu of curbside.) This company was hired via an Angi's (formerly Angie's List) referral."
