Went over what needed done before they sent their people, offered options on monthly or every other month visits, and really did a great job trimming overgrowth and removing debris, as well as taking care of weeds in the front that were getting bad. I hired them again (Sept) but this time they took my money and never scheduled the work or answered any of my calls, chat, messages or ,e-mails. If you can get them to actually come out once they have been paid, they do a good job, although superficial. My rating would be A for the first job and F for the second so C is average rating."

"I give them 3 stars because the end product looked nice. I had an issue with their business side of things, not so much with the work. They came out and did an estimate to include extending my drip system 4 feet to a new vegetable garden. The estimate was pretty high ($270) for what I was asking. When they got to the house, the way I knew they started was I heard the chainsaw going. I walked out and realized they had already started on the trees. They didn't come prepared for the project, and the estimate I was given didn't include the drip system...they never did the drip sys eventhough I paid 320 to include it! still waiting for my $75."
