"I tried to upload photos but was unsuccessful. What I can say is that Carlos is a true professional. He does great work. He has a vast array of skills. He did a huge garden project for me. "Noe came to my house within an hour. We discussed what I wanted and then he never contacted me again. I called him and he said to send him my email address which I did, still didn't hear back, I called him again and he has never returned my calls after almost 3 weeks.In the meantime I have stopped taking other proposals.If my job was too small or he was too busy just tell me, no problem!"
