"I discovered petpee.com when I was searching online for ways to remove the urine odor from our 10’ x 14’ Karastan wool oriental rug. I had planned to clean the rug myself, but I was intrigued by the videos I saw on YouTube of petpee.com’s owner, Meir Martin, demonstrating how he cleans rugs like mine. I knew then and there that I wanted to turn my rug over rug to Mr. Martin to finally get rid of the urine odor that had been building up for over 10 years. I called him and got a quote of $1079, which included shipping both ways, cleaning the rug, and a guarantee that I would not be able to detect any urine odor when my rug was returned to me. After getting over the sticker shock, my husband gave me the green light to send the rug to petpeepee.com. I think he was more interested in getting rid of my constant complaints about the urine odor than the actual odor itself! Mr. Martin walked us through how to pack up our rug for shipping via UPS, having us send him pictures to make sure we had prepared it properly. Even though we followed his instructions, I received an email from UPS 5 days later that my rug had been lost. I was regretting my decision to send my rug off for cleaning, UNTIL Mr. Martin worked his magic! I’m only the second customer in all the years petpeepee.com has been in business to have her oriental rug go missing, but that was to my benefit, because Mr. Meir knew exactly who to call (in Utah, of all places!) to track down my rug. Mr. Martin called his contact at UPS every day to check on whether my rug had been found and kept me posted each day for a week. On the seventh day after UPS reported my rug had been lost, Mr. Martin called me with the happy news that my rug had been found!!! Apparently some of the tape I had used to secure the label to the package was not completely flat and caused the label and bag to tear. Mr. Martin received my rug via Next Day Air from UPS on August 23 and began the cleaning process the next day. I loved receiving videos and pictures of the rug being cleaned and getting updates from Mr. Martin throughout the process. We received the rug back on September 2, and it smelled as fresh as it did the day we bought it! It looked so clean and new – worth every penny we paid to have petpeepee.com clean it. When I do, I will be VERY careful about packaging them, including using a HEAVY DUTY bag and taping multiple labels on the inside and outside of the package and making sure EVERYTHING on the outside is smooth and flat. "It was amazing. He sat up the equipment and moved furniture prior to cleaning as he did so he briefly explained the process. He started at th back of the room, cleaned the area and moved the furniture again in order to clean the remaining area of the room. He placed fo?m blocks under the bed so the wood would not stain the floor. At that point he moved to the second room which was quita bit dirtier. He did the same process for the second room but took more time to ensure the carpet was clean and then made a second pass over the floor which resulted in what looked like new carpet. I was beyond pleased at that time. He disassembled his equipment making certain no solution came in contact with anything else in my home. Once he was loaded up we sat up another appointment in three months. He explained that after a few cleanings he would be able scotch guard the floors in order to prevent future stains from becoming an issue. He was very kind and asked if I would like an air freshener spray or not because some people are too sensitive or have allergies that prevent them from using scented sprays.I asked for a business card so I could recommend him to my friends and family."

"<p>I am very pleased with the quality and professionalism of Spotless.  The young men providing the service, Zack and Kameron , were very professional as well as friendly.  They explained about the possibility of some stains not being able completely disappear, which is understandable when dealing with pets.  They were very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had.  They even took a picture on one of their phones and brought it to me to show me concerning an area I had placed a plastic mat over the carpet at my computer desk.  Zack explained that the area may look a little different due to having the mat down.  But, after they completed their work, I thought the rooms looked great!  Having two little dogs can sometimes be rough on carpets no matter how well they are trained.  Accidents will happen.  There were a few spots that used to "bug" me every time I saw them, but Spotless got them all out.  Their name says it all, SPOTLESS!  They worked hard to get the job done, wasted no time and didn't not rush through the job.  I will definitely call Spotless for future carpet cleaning jobs.  </p> <p><br /></p> <p>The cost was very reasonable and worth every penny.  The area rug has to have special cleaning since it is wool and handmade.  Therefore, they take it away and return it in about 2 weeks.  The $401.00 included the two bedrooms, living room and the area rug.</p> <p>I highly recommend this company for your carpet cleaning needs.  If you have pets, let them know when you make the appointment.  I think they use something especially for pet stains.  Whatever they used, did the job and left a pleasant scent.</p> <p><br /></p> <br />"
