"After having a troubling experience with another well known Baton Rouge roofing company, I was glad that Garcia Roofing was a completely different experience. The first part of my experience was meeting with Darrel Walker and going through his thorough inspection of my roof and over my options of repairing vs replacing. I asked a ton of questions and received all the information I needed to make my decision. The process was informative and stress free. The second part of my experience was the roof replacement process. I really appreciated the constant communication from the project manager, Jose Vargas. Jose was able to keep me up to date on the progress of the project and walk me through the work done afterward. I also received messages from the office project team with updates on material deliveries and repair dates. Going through any major home repair or replacement can be a very stressful task. "I called them for an estimate and he came right out. They worked with my insurance company estimate and provided me with prompt and professional service. They came out and ripped off the old roof , picked up all the debris and nails and put on my new roof. "I called Edgar Jimenez and Samayoa Roofing to repair an interior leak in my ceiling. He inspected both the inside and the roof that same day and identified hail damage. He walked with me through the cumbersome insurance process, even returning to meet with the insurance adjuster. His team did an excellent job on the roof, completing it in one day. Best of all they cleaned up after themselves so I didn't find old shingles or those awful roofing nails in my grass or on my driveway. I was sure my dog wouldn't hurt himself on trash in the yard and that I wouldn't end up with a flat! The supervisor, Edgar, stayed to make sure his team knew the job, were on task and then checked back with me to be sure that I was satisfied. His crew were good craftsmen; for example, when the new paint for the ceiling didn't exactly match the old paint, the craftsman went back to get another gallon of paint so that he could put on two coats of paint. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the work done by Samayoa Roofing. I hope I don't need a roof any time soon, but I wouldn't hesitate to call them if I needed them."
