After estimate is completed within 24 hours, you will have the opportunity to forget to follow up, but dont worry, another admin will call you to schedule the appointment that you forgot to make…literally for the next day. After work is completed to your satisfaction, you will receive your bill to easily pay online (who does that?). After it falling to the bottom of your email for a few weeks, you will be politely reminded. Not only was it easy to pay, they didnt even charge me extra for my laziness. "Joe and his team did a good job on our home remodel. We hired them to remove a wall in our kitchen, to open it up to the family room, put in new flooring and kitchen backsplash. The work was done very well, although the flooring installation took a bit longer than expected as the team failed to work a couple of full days when we were expecting them to.
